The Faculty of Electrical Engineering & Technology (FKTE), Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP) is pleased to announce the appointment of YBhg. Datuk Raghu Bathamenadan as the Faculty CEO.

This appointment has been approved in the University Senate Meeting for the academic term 2025/2026 to 2026/2027.

YBhg. Datuk Raghu Bathamenadan, who currently serves as the Managing Director of Western Digital KL COE and Vice President of Western Digital Tech & Regional Centre Sdn. Bhd., brings with him extensive experience in international industrial leadership.

The faculty warmly welcomes this appointment as a positive step towards strengthening the faculty’s direction and enhancing its excellence towards a more progressive and impactful future.

It is hoped that this appointment will contribute to the continuous development of the faculty and the university as a whole.
